New Years Eve Party

The evening started off with a “Victorias Should of Kept it a Secret fashion and celebrity show.  The show was hosted by our own Wanda Lewis.

First up were the retired “Joe Boxers” from Qmart

We had a visit from a Secret model and her husband.

Then there was Joe Namoth

and his actress girlfriend who wanted to play with his ball.

Next up was Ebenegeezer Scrooge modeling his night wear

Last was Simon Cowell and his best friends pregnant wife

We also had a commercial from Playtex.

Everyone brought snacks to share.  This is a picture of our table.  Ted, Don, Eleanor, Marilyn and Beryl.

We were back to the MH before 2100.  We hope to stay up and watch the ball drop.

Thanksgiving to now

We haven’t been doing much other than sitting around reading and enjoying the warm weather.  Daytime temps have been in the 80’s with lows in the lower 60’s.  The weather for the next week will be more seasonal, highs in the mid 70’s and lows in the lower 50’s.

We had thanksgiving dinner at the AC.  You signed up for a table and each couple brought a covered dish and the Camp supplied the turkey for $2.00/person.  Here are a couple pictures of our table.

On Dec 4 I took the Jeep to get the neutral actuator replaced.  Luckily it was covered by the warranty.  Last Sunday we had lunch at Buffet City in Brooksville.

This past Monday, Beryl helped Diane make treats for the Pre K kids who where coming to serenade us on Tuesday.

The gifts are under the tree.

and then received a gift from Santa

and his Elf. Diane.

The kids brought their gifts out to the audience to get help opening them.

We had a good turnout for the event.

The kids enjoyed their treats.

Last nite was Dine in with Spaghetti, a salad and dessert.  To nite is a wine and cheese party.
